HI Debbie, I just got my bar/dvd set a few days ago. I went through several of the workouts...after completing all 12 without weights. (focusing on form), can you then add weights if one is ready? Stupid question...could I look like you if I just do this Pink Fitness program? Or do you lift/cardio on the side as well.
